Fluorochem stocks a curated range of well-characterised MOF and ZIF materials ready for immediate use. Key families include:
UiO-66 family (Zr) Our UiO-66 series covers the parent framework (1072413-89-8) alongside a systematic set of functionalised variants: -NH₂ (1260119-00-3), -COOH (1334722-04-1), -(COOH)₂ (1458048-15-1), -Br (1260119-02-5), -(OH)₂ (1356031-63-4) and -SO₃H (1334722-07-4), as well as the expanded UiO-67 (1072413-83-2) analogue. A selection intended to provide structure–property comparisons and give researchers a toolkit for surface functionalisation, post-synthetic modification and linker exchange studies. The exceptional thermal and chemical stability of Zr-based UiO frameworks, a consequence of the strong Zr–O coordination, makes these materials particularly attractive for catalytic and aqueous applications. (Cavka et al., JACS, 2008).
MIL-series (Fe, Al) The MIL portfolio includes MIL-53 (Fe) (764608-47-1), MIL-88A (Fe) (1138446-56-6), MIL-100 (Fe) (1195763-37-1), MIL-101 (Fe) (1189182-67-9), NHâ‚‚-MIL-88B (Fe) (1341134-09-5), NH-MIL-101 (Al) (1404201-64-4) and the aluminium fumarate Al-Fum (1370461-06-5): a material with notable water stability and of strong interest in ethanol dehydration applications (Alvarez et al., Journal of Materials Chemistry A, 2015).
ZIF family (Zn, Co) ZIF-8 (59061-53-9), ZIF-11 (24304-54-9), ZIF-14 (945215-37-2), and ZIF-67 (Co) (46201-07-4) cover the core Zn and Co imidazolate topologies. ZIF-67 offers an isoreticular Co analogue with distinct redox and catalytic properties while ZIF-8 in particular has become a benchmark material for molecular sieving and drug encapsulation, with particle-size-controlled grades (100 nm) and high-purity (98%, 100%) options available.
The catalogue also includes HKUST-1 (Cu-BTC,  222404-02-6), MOF-74 (Mg) (1565828-96-7), MOF-808 (Zr) (1579984-19-2), and Zn-DMOF-(CF₃)₂ (2853449-30-4), alongside phthalocyanine-based coordination compounds, covering a broad sweep of metal nodes and organic linker chemistries. A range of individual MOF-suitable ligands and metal salts are also available.
